Dear friends, we look forward to the 5th edition of the “Challenge of the waters”: a culinary challenge between freshwater fish and sea fish, a kind of game in which each course will feature the two challengers. Chef Pejic Ilija, from the restaurant Ristorante Ilija Golf Club Tarvisio, and the wines from ‘Il Roncal’ will participate to the event.
