On Monday, 22nd of July, the Friultrota Queen and her jewels were among the exceptional protagonists of “In The Kitchen Tour”, a BtoB event conceived and organized by CHIC – Charming Italian Chef with the aim of bringing together, in a culinary jam session, the chefs of the area with national companies of the sector and the local food and wine excellence. Theater of the event, the Ilija Golf Club Restaurant in Tarvisio, in the Priesnig plain, a natural setting of authentic beauty. A special event dedicated to confrontation for discovering the excellence of our region, where the guest chefs have cooked guided by improvisation and suggestions. Francesco Baraldo of “L’Altro Gusto” in Tarvisio, Roberto Franzin Food and Conselling and Massimiliano Sabinot of the Vitello D’oro restaurant in Udine are just some of the chefs who have chosen Friultrota’s counter-current taste to create true masterpieces of taste.
