Dear friends, we look forward to the 6th edition of the “Challenge of the waters”: a culinary challenge between freshwater fish and sea fish, a kind of game in which each course will feature the two challengers. Chef Marco Talamini, from the restaurant La Torre of Spilimbergo, and the wines from Le Favole Tenute Cadorin will participate to the event.
