We are ready for the next show-cooking, new recipes to welcome the spring! Wednesday, March 25 at our dining room Teresa Covaceuszach, chef and owner of the popular restaurant ‘Sale e Pepe’ of Stregna, will propose fresh ideas for the Easter table.
Here is the menu:
- ‘Regina di San Daniele ‘ tartare with fennel and oranges and its caviar
- Pancake, mackerel fillets and yogurt sauce with mint
- Geometry of smoked trout ‘Fil di Fumo’ with tarragon, potatoes cream and ‘Bottarga di Trota’
- Cabbage salad, apple, chicken and horseradish
- Cassata ‘Regina di San Daniele’
- Dessert : strawberries and tarragon
