We look forward to the fourth edition of the “Challenge of the waters”: a culinary challenge between freshwater fish and sea fish, a kind of game in which each course will feature the two challengers. Teresa Covaceuszach, chef from the restaurant ‘Sale e Pepe’ of Stregna, and the wines from ‘Borgo delle Oche’ wineyard of Luisa Menini will participate to the event.
