Only trout farmed in an eco-friendly way and in accordance with optimum growth are used for this speciality. We process our trout immediately after fishing to preserve its nutritional qualities. We use traditional techniques and only natural ingredients. This enables us to enhance the fish’s sensory qualities and preserve its natural OMEGA 3 fatty acid content. In our marinated fillets, the delicate fragrance of trout blends with the perfume of citrus fruit zest essential oils from oranges and lemons ripened under the Mediterranean sun, with lime for an exotic touch. Its fresh, aromatic flavour makes this product ideal for typically summery second courses, mixed salads and hors d’oeuvres.
