Description
Only trout farmed in an eco-friendly way and in accordance with optimum growth are used for this speciality. We process our trout immediately after fishing to preserve its nutritional qualities. We use traditional techniques and only natural ingredients. Our handcrafted smoking process involves only wood flours, aromatic berries and herbs; this enables us to enhance the fish’s sensory qualities and to preserve its natural OMEGA-3 fatty acid content.
