  • On a bed of yogurt and candied orange peel.
  • On a bed of diced avocado and with a slice of grilled sweet pepper. Seasoned with a drop of lemon juice.
  • Boil a small artichoke, drizzle with a drop of sour cream, garnish with chopped chives. Top with Uova di Trota.
  • On a small square of toasted bread build layers of a thin cucumber slice and a drop of sour cream. Repeat twice then garnish with Uova di Trota.
