Description
Only trout farmed in an eco-friendly way and in accordance with optimum growth are used for this speciality. We process our trout immediately after fishing to preserve its nutritional qualities. We use traditional techniques and only natural ingredients. This enables us to enhance the fish’s sensory qualities and preserve its natural OMEGA 3 fatty acid content.
