Ducal Crackers

Ingredients

Crackers, slices of smoked salmon, onion, butter, lemon juice and vodka.

Method

Butter the crackers, cover them with slices of salmon. Garnish with very thin onion slices and moisten with a few drops of lemon juice and vodka. Dust with a tiny pinch of black pepper.
