Christmas is coming! With chefs Claudio and Raffaele of Il Platina cookery school we’ve invented some new ideas for your festive dining table. We look forward to seeing you in our dining room on Thursday 12 December.

- “K Ration” of mackerel and radicchio “in saor” (deep-fried and marinated in sweet-sour onions);
- Deep-fried sandwich of La Regina di San Daniele, with cabbage marinated in orange and kümmel;
- Cream of Smoked Chicken with La Regina di San Daniele and watercress;
- Fresh orecchiette pasta with turnip tops, Bay of Biscay anchovies and Fil di Fumo trout;
- Branzino al Naturale “Saltimbocca” enveloped in San Daniele prosciutto with purple-potato purée and a sage-flavoured Malvasia wine reduction;
– Mont Blanc our way…

All accompanied by local wines. The chef will prepare the dishes and describe them step-by-step in our open kitchen
